With plants in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, JSW have the capacity to produce 18 million tons per annum (MTPA). Now, as JSW ramp-up production plans, JSW are on track to hit the 40 MTPA mark, within a span of 10 years.
JSW contacted Avron to secure the plant, mitigate risk factors, employee safety, perimeter video surveillance, weighbridge and entry/exit loading gates, production floors, railways and platforms. This industrial site was very dusty and the external environmental challenge of this site was very difficult, so we had to offer industrial support products to resist this climate and dusty environment.
Proposed Solution
In accordance with the requirements of robust industrial quality cameras, Avtron has offered cameras such as the 20X / 30X 2.0MP PTZ optical zoom with very ultra low lux, 4.0MP motorized varifocal IP camera proposed for loading doors, weighbridges and production floors. They have a specified requirement for railway and platform monitoring, so they proposed an infrared camera with optical zoom. Central monitoring stations have offered NVRs, keyboard controllers, video walls, control and monitoring software.
Outcome
JSW is very big Industrial Company, As they have multiple plants & multiple monitoring station and also have central monitoring station so by using Avtron products, they have achieved their key requirement of Central controlling IP PTZ camera by IP Keyboard controller. With our proposed solution customer’s gets monitoring by local display, client work station as well as Mobile P2P Cloud access. Overall it was challenging project for Avtron & Partner Team, but having the habit of working in rigorous environment we outcome all major challenged and emerged as the best solution provider for their needs of cameras.
