Project Background & Requirement
Wistron®, as a Technical Service Provider company, provides state of the art information and communication related product design, manufacturing, service and systems. Wistron’s act as third party manufacturer for its customers who will then use its own brand name to market the products manufactured by Wistron®.
Wistron® major name in industry, act as do manufacturing partner for many big brand names such as Apple®, Bosch®, Lenovo® and etc. Wistron is global operation company and it is established worldwide many offices, R & D center, industrial plant as a part of global expansion they had recently started new facility at India state Bangalore and catering manufacturing & service center to boost Indian manufacturing service sector. Avtron Cameras were chosen for their facility provided to Apple® phone manufacturing section. Their requirement and aim was to Increase productivity, Quality Output work, reduce the risk factor and employee safety. They want us to cover the sensitive parts of factories like production lines, Utility areas, Office department, Entrance/Exit gate and etc. under our surveillance systems.
Proposed Solution
We offered the state of the art Avtron products for their surveillance needs. Surveillance covered the Production lines & passages with our Fixed lens Cameras, 2.0MP/4.0MP Varifocal camera were used in Utilities area and boundaries, 2.0MP Super WDR cameras were utilized at Entry/Exits Points. Professional control room was equipped with long day backup solution and Video monitors with our AVTRON NVRs.
Outcome
Avtron offered the outstanding solution satisfying their requirement of setting up the central control room for live monitoring and recording and controlling the High Definition Avtron cameras. We also offered them access to modify product features and function from the central control room. With our strong backup team, Hardware and software support we were able to finish the project on time as per customer satisfaction.
